The Acting State Director NOA Enugu State Directorate, Mr. Chidi Albert Unobagha on May 14, 2024 in the presence of the management staff officially handed over to the new state Director Mrs. Clara Chinwe Nwachukwu.
In his speech, the Acting State Director Mr. Chidi Unobagha said that Enugu State Directorate is one of the best State Directorate to work in, very peaceful and staff members are dedicated to their duties. “Everybody here is out to make sure that in your tenure you succeed,” he said. We are out to give you our best and to ensure that Enugu State continue being peaceful and the best State one would like to work in, he added.
The new State Director Mrs. Clara Chinwe Nwachukwu in her own address applauded the staff for their works and for welcoming her. She said the position came sudden to her that she was the Deputy Director of Internal Audit National headquarters Abuja and was elevated to a Director in the recent promotion. She commended the staff for their dedication to works and assured them that they will work together to move the Agency forward and Nigeria in general. “Take me as I am, we are one and will continue to be one, whatever that comes we will work together, I assure you,” she stated.
The Ag State Director in his handover note, noted that the staff strength of Enugu State Directorate is 163, comprising of 54 males and 109 females. The number is made up of staff at the State headquarters, Annex office at the Federal Secretariat Enugu, Government House, State House of Assembly, State Judiciary and the 17 LGA offices of the Agency.
Mrs. Clara, Chinwe Nwachukwu, the new State Director acknowledge the handover note with thanks and happiness and said she is much ready to work with the staff. “Even DG at Abuja encouraged me to go Enugu that there are capable hands in Enugu you will work with,” she noted.
The management staff gave her a warm welcome and assured her of working with her for an optimum result.
