When one walks through the vibrant streets of Washington DC, the United States Capital, a prevailing sense of joy and optimism is unmistakable. This infectious positivity is a testament to the remarkable work or influence of Chief (Dr) James Nnebedum Ibe, Onwa 1 n’Affa in Udi local government of Enugu State, Nigeria. The Mayor of world Peace (MP-UN), as awarded to him by the United Nations. Chief (Dr) James Nnebedum Ibe is Director-General (DG) Asiwaju 3D Worldwide Support Group and also The FOUNDER, Beyond Global Democratic Association Support Group. His leadership is recognized, deeply trusted and cherished by the people that worked with him during the past election campaign as well as in his company,JDNURSING and Management Services Inc, in Washington, DC. Chief (Dr) James (Jim) Nnebedum Ibe is a graduate of University of Ife (OAU) where he obtained B.Sc.Economics and has both MBA and PhD degrees from European-American University.

Chief (Dr) James Nnebedum Ibe’s tenure as the Administrator of JD Nursing and Management Services Inc has been marked by an unwavering commitment to the welfare of his people (staff). His initiatives and policies has significantly improved the quality of life of the residents of Washington DC and its environs. Chief Ibe’s efforts in education, healthcare, infrastructure and community development both in Nigeria and abroad have brought a lot of smiles to countless faces, embodying the essence of his leadership style. Chief Ibe single-handedly built a Church in his community, Affa, in Udi local government area of Enugu state of Nigeria and handed the keys to the Bishop of Enugu, His Lordship, Bishop (Dr) Callistus Onaga. Chief (Dr) Ibe provided some Hilux trucks and Sienna Vans to his community, Affa, to support security architecture in his community and surrounding communities. Chief (Dr) Ibe also renovated St. John Primary School in Affa single-handedly. Chief (Dr) Ibe dug a borehole for his community where everyone gets good drinking water. He championed the repair work and rehabilitation of Eke-Ebe-Egede-Affa roads. Chief Ibe distributed books to the library of all four secondary schools in his hometown,Affa.
