Ministry of Innovation Science And Technology Set To Partner Siemens& Khalifa University On strategic Opportunities In Smart Technologies, Hydrogen And Carbon Technologies, AI-Enabled Systems, And Human Capital Development

The federal ministry of Innovation Science and technology has continued her drive to build bridges between Nigeria’s innovation ecosystem and global centers of excellence.

The Honourable Minister in his remarks was quoted saying “I am honored to visit the Siemens Innovation Center in collaboration with Khalifa University in UAE.
Our engagement today focused on strategic opportunities in Smart Technologies, Hydrogen and Carbon Technologies, AI-Enabled Systems, and Human Capital Development — critical areas aligned with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda for sustainable economic growth and innovation-driven prosperity”.

He further reiterated his excited about exploring advanced research at Khalifa University’s cutting-edge laboratories, which includes:

  • Hydrogen Research Lab
  • Advanced Materials Lab
  • Water Innovation Lab

He said ,The visit is part of the ministry’s broader mission to secure global collaborations that will power Nigeria’s future, create jobs, and expand the frontiers of local technology development.

He assured stakeholders of a productive session with Siemens and Khalifa University as his Ministry continue to position Nigeria at the forefront of innovation on the African continent.
