Labour Party 2023 Senatorial Candidate Officially Allaigns Party To APC In Enugu State .
The Immediate past Member that Represented UDI/Ezeagu federal constituency at the Green chambers and the Senatorial candidate of the Labour Party in 2023 Rt. Hon. Dennis Amadi has officially aligned the Labour party structure to APC at his Affa/Ikono/Oghu ward ,in UDI LGA, Enugu State.
Rt.Hon .Amadi made this declaration during an expanded Labour Party stakeholders meeting in his ward in preparation to his further reception by APC in the state and local government area clusters following his earlier defection at the National level of APC.
He informed the party stakeholders on the need to align with the central government and support a southern candidate in the person of President Bola Tinubu and encourage the good works of the Hon. Minister for innovation, Science and Technology Chief Uche Nnaji who has empowered alot of Enugu indigenes into various pensionable federal jobs and attracted many more political appointments and projects to Enugu State.
The leadership of the LP in the ward thereafter unanimously agreed to collapse the entire Labour party structure into the ruling APC from today, 24/5/2025.
This development is part of the giant strides of the leadership of APC in Enugu state, ably led by the Minister for innovation, science and technology, the Deputy National Chairman of APC Chief Emma Enukwu and the state chairman of APC Hon. Barr. Ugochukwu Agballah who have transformed the party to a beautiful bride and created a dependable alternative for the good people of Enugu state.
The APC has continue to receive decampees from different political platforms in recent times,especially from the Labour Party and the PDP, the latest being the current Member Representing UDI/Ezeagu federal constituency Rt Hon.Sunday Cyriacus Umeha.
