NOTIFICATION OF UPWARD REVENUE IN PRICES OF PLOTS OF LAND IN SOME OF OUR ESTATES.
The Enugu State Housing Development Corporation wishes to inform all our debtors and offerees of the upward review in prices of plots of land in the following estates:
1. Coal City Eastern Extension Alliance Estate.
2. Unity Estate, and 3. โ Dolphin Estate.
This review has become necessary to reflect current market realities and development progress within these estates.
All offerees who have already been issued Offer Letters at the old prices are strongly advised to complete their payments on or before Monday, 13th October, 2025.
Failure to do so will result in cancellation of previous offers, and payments will henceforth be made based on the new prices.
Furthermore, all outstanding debtors in all our estates are by this notice advised to settle their indebtedness immediately to avoid paying at the revised rates.
