Sequel to the build up for the forthcoming 2024 LGA elections in Enugu state,political stakeholders in various LGAs are adopting various strategies to attain victory for their preferred political divide at all coast. There were claims from some quarters of Igboeze south that the APC had collapsed it’s structure for the ruling PDP in the forthcoming election. But in a swift reaction,our correspondents received a disclaimer from the Acting Chairman of Igboeze south LGA APC Hon.Anayo Ugwu who outrightly refuted the claims as baseless.

Drawing my attention to a social media post insinuating that the APC candidate in Igboeze south LGA for 2024 council polls has collapsed his structure for the PDP was a joke in its highest order.
Categoricaly, I wish to state in clear terms that;
1)The allegations were false and baseless and should be treated as such.
2)The self acclaimed APC candidate is unknown to the party structure and equally unknown to All Progressives Congress (APC)under the leadership of Barr. Ugochukwu H. Agballah and my humble self Hon. Anayo Ugwu here in Igboeze south LGA.
3)Our great party in Igboeze South LGA did not at any time issue nomination form to a faceless and unknown candidate of such.
4)The self acclaimed candidate could be part of the MOLEs allegedly working for the PDP in Enugu state to discredit our party at all cost.
5) The party under my watchful eyes of Barr. George Ogara in Enugu North Senatorial zone has zero tolerance for political infidelity and will never accommodate such kind of persons in her fold.
6) All Progressives Congress (APC) has become the beautiful bride in Enugu polity but political merchants and hired saboteurs are struggling hard to distabilize her.
7)The party is very much formidable and waxing stronger by the day.
8) The suspended former chairman Ubah Onah could be the mastermind of this blackmail considering his allegiance to The former speaker of the Enugu state house of assembly who obviously works for the PDP.
9) The shenanigans of APC going forward in the altar of election in Igboeze South LGA is a criminal activity of like minds in the local Government.
May I encourage our dear beloved and genuine Party members in Igboeze South LGA to turn away there eyes on the acts of these political Marchants as they will neither succeed in their evil plans nor make any headway in the destructive agenda they have.
As it is, all legal actions are already in the process to bring to book all these there contraveyance and we shall do all things possibly in our possession to protect the genuine APC members in Igboeze South LGA.
Our Loyalty to the Hon. Minister of innovation, science and technology, the entire of Enugu state APC genuine structure lead by Barr. Ugochukwu Agballah is non-negotiable.
