National Orientation Agency, Enugu state directorate on December 9, 2024 had a media chat with selected journalist at its headquarters in Enugu state.
The press conference was aimed at sensitising the media community on the ongoing nationwide campaign on
I)HIV/AIDS ,
Il) Security Awareness
III) Shunning the Get Rich quick syndrome
IV) World Human Rights day.
V)Tax reform Bill
The chat created an avenue for questions and answers on the topical issues raised.
The Representative of the Director General of National Orientation Agency(NOA) Mallam Lanre Issa-onilu took time to emphasis on the need for citizens to desist from the “get rich quick mentality” , promote the campaign for adherence to human rights and raise security consciousness in our various communities and creat awareness on HIV/AIDS.
He commended the efforts of President Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu for his investment in security, health and human capital development which has contributed so much in the relative peace the country enjoys today.
