The Deputy governorship candidate of the All progressives Congress in Enugu state (2023) sent- in a congratulatory note to ApexNewsRoom today 23 January 2025 Applauding President Bola Ahmed Tinubu over the appointment of Chief Emma Eneuku (APC Deputy national charman south) and Chief Dr. Ijeoma Arodiogbu (Vice Chairman South East) as board chairmen of two major health institutions in Nigeria.

Barr. Ogara in his commendation letter described the duo as true party men who had paid supreme prices for the growth and stability of the All progressives Congress in the South East and the entire Southern Nigeria.

He further Appreciated the Governor of IMO state for the level of coordination and support he deployed in the South East APC making it a beautiful alternative for Ndi Igbo.

APPOINTMENT OF BOARD CHAIRPERSONS AND CEOS

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed board chairpersons for 42 federal organisations and a secretary to the board of the Civil Defence, Immigration, and Prisons Services.

The President has also appointed a new managing director for the Nigerian Railway Corporation and a director-general for the National Board for Technology Incubation (NBTI).

President Tinubu directs the board chairpersons not to interfere with the management of the organisations, emphasising that their positions are non-executive.

All the appointments take immediate effect.
