You see, even in the spiritual realms, when you have a great destiny and so many other people’s destinies are attached to yours, you will receive unprecedented and heightened attacks from forces from the pit of hell who don’t want you to fulfill destinies. So, when I start seeing so many vicious attacks on Chief Uche Geoffrey Nnaji ,the Hon.Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology from some elements in Enugu State and also recruiting their agents from other states, such as Sahara Reporters and Deji Adeyanju (a lawyer struggling to introduce a guest at the NBA conference in Enugu, an embarrassment of international proportion), talking about Chief Nnaji in a demeaning way, I understand that this is not just ordinary.
In the 2023 election, APC was largely in obscurity due to the weakling who was the then Chairman of the party, one Dr. Ben Nwoye, who obviously was a political businessman and didn’t believe in the party. In that 2023 election, Chief Nnaji ran under the platform of APC and wasn’t even the runner-up but came fourth. Now ask yourself, the person that came second and third are already forgotten, but who came distant fourth is the major opposition today in Enugu; what does that tell you? It is not just mere politics, but this is destiny, and both the heavens and the earth are aware that Chief Nnaji has something entirely different from the others, including the man who is the governor today.
The attacks on Chief Nnaji properly are because they knew that what happened in 2023 between the Labour guy who clearly won the election would be different if Chief Nnaji were involved. No Jupiter on this planet would stop him from reclaiming his mandate. Bearing this in mind, PDP and their allies are constantly marshaling out their arsenal to discourage and concoct all sorts of things to downplay the growing influence of the Honorable Minister of Innovation, Science, and Technology. It is not about party politics today in Enugu State. If the governor trusts his capacity, he can run under any political party; moreover, LP was the one that had organic supporters in 2023. Today, ADC is also warming up, and of course, PDP still has sizeable influence, but all these, they are not interested in. He wanted the same party/platform Chief Nnaji ran in 2023 for just a single reason: that if he comes in as incumbent governor, he will take the structure of the party. The idea is to ensure Chief Nnaji did not run for governor at all, and he feels it’s through that alone his second tenure is guaranteed.
Chief Nnaji and Barr. Ugochukwu Agballah have become the only formidable force in Enugu State today, and when they sneeze, the entire state catches cold. PDP has deployed all manner of things to harass, intimidate, threaten, and even destroy venues for visits by Chief Nnaji, still the man continues to wax stronger, and many, seeing that he can defend their mandate, continue to troop into APC from across different parts of the state. Even the media arms of PDP and all the aids of the government in Enugu State today are wondering what is happening, as they never expected the way events are unfolding rapidly. Chief Nnaji has come to salvage Enugu from the clutches of ineptitude, deception, and manipulation.
Enugu State will certainly not remain the same comes 2027.
