Abuja, Nigeria — The leadership of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, led by its Director General and Governor of Imo State, H.E. Hope Uzodinma, on Thursday February 26, 2026 conducted an inspection of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors Secretariat in Abuja, two days after President Bola Ahmed Tinubu formally unveiled the nationwide grassroots engagement drive. The visit underscores the administration’s commitment to institutionalising the Renewed Hope message and ensuring its structured implementation across all states and local government areas of the Federation.
The inspection was attended by Zonal Coordinators representing the North West, North Central, North East, South West and South East, alongside other key stakeholders. Among those present were former Governor Aminu Masari, former Governor Tanko Al Makura, Senator Pius Anyim and Senator Adeyeye, who reiterated their collective resolve to deepen citizen engagement and amplify the impact of ongoing reforms under the Renewed Hope Agenda.
Speaking during the visit, Governor Uzodinma emphasised that the Secretariat will serve as a central coordination hub for the Ambassadors’ activities nationwide, ensuring consistency in messaging, data driven reporting of impact and sustained engagement at the ward, local government and state levels. He noted that the initiative is designed not as a political campaign, but as a structured platform to communicate policy implementation, track outcomes and strengthen the bond between government and citizens.
The Renewed Hope Ambassadors grassroots engagement drive was unveiled by President Tinubu in Abuja as part of broader efforts to take the message and measurable impact of the administration’s reforms to every community across Nigeria. With the Secretariat now fully operational, the leadership affirmed its readiness to commence coordinated outreach programmes that will engage citizens, highlight tangible benefits of reform and reinforce national unity under one shared vision of progress.
