The act is a life threatening practice that leads to numerous tragic incidents across the country, it not only pose great risk to individuals but also endangers the entire community, i’am giving example with the recent explosion at Ugwu Onyeama in Enugu State which wiped away an entire family and many others that lost their life and properties she said.
