With profound sorrow and deep sense of loss, we announce the passing of the beloved mother of Chief Uche Nnaji, former Honourable Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, who departed this life earlier today.
The late matriarch was a woman of rare virtue, strength, and unwavering faith. Her life was defined by sacrifice, discipline, and devotion to family and community. Through her guidance and values, she raised a son whose service, leadership, and commitment to national development have continued to impact Enugu State and Nigeria at large.
Indeed, Nigeria has lost not just a mother, but a silent nation builder whose legacy lives on through the remarkable contributions of Chief Uche Nnaji to science, innovation, technology, and public service. Her nurturing role produced a leader whose works have touched countless lives and strengthened the nation’s development agenda.
